The first stage is getting incoming information. In order to catch up-to-date information, satellite, radar and drifting buoy are used. The second stage is analysis and forecasting. In this stage, they use satellite photo which is send by satellite, radar screen which is formed by both radar and satellite and synoptic chart which uses all the information collected by satellite, radar and drifting buoy. The third stage is preparing the broadcast. In this period, computer is the main tool. The information of satellite photo, radar screen and synoptic chart is put into the computer. The fourth stage, also the last one, is broadcast. After the processing of computer, broadcast is produced. Then people can get weather report through TV and radio and even recorded announcement through telephone.
